Peach of Fushing Township is sweet and juicy and it melts in your mouth when you bite it. June to August is the peak production season and we hold Night of Peach every July to celebrate the harvest and to display characteristics of our culture.   The fertile and pollution-free soil of Fushing Township is good for planting Oolong Tea and Jinshuan (Tai Tee No. 12). It has thick fragrance of tea scent and good taste. It is produced in spring and winter.

 
The high latitude and cold temperature, the planted green bamboo shoot is fresh, fine, sweet with much less fiber. May to October is the period of production and is mainly produced in Sanmin, Jerjen and LuoFu.   The newly developed persimmon is large in size and is crack in touch. It is ready edible, which is different to the native soft and crack persimmon and is unique in Fushing Township. It is available when you make a tour to Fushing in fall.

 
Special Wood Section Cultivation, the mushroom produced here has thick body and flavor and is highly welcome in the market. Mushroom of Fushing Township is famous everywhere. July and August are the months with the highest production. Buying locally allows you to enjoy good bargain.   Rare high grade cultured fish, it has fine meat, good taste without fish odor and contains high protein and fat and cholesterol is close to zero and unsaturated fat acid is higher in content than other fishes in times. It is very favorable to consumer's health.
